Paerata Rise Development

Paerata Rise is an exciting new township being developed, in conjunction with Wesley College on the school’s former farm property by Grafton Downs Limited.  Grafton Downs Limited is a Charitable Company owned by The Wesley College Trust Board, PACT 2086 Trust and Te Taha Maori.  These are Methodist Church entities.
